Taste Academy is one of the highest non-profit authorities of modern and innovative American cuisine. Born thanks to a group of friends who are chefs in their restaurants based in New York, Chicago, and Los Angeles. They are moved by the common desire to share their idea of modern cuisine with the world. During the lockdown, we have written numerous articles for specialised magazines and international websites. Now we are ready to launch some recipe books that represent the result of our decades of experiences in the kitchen. Our aim is to help beginner and no professional chefs to make starry dishes even from their own home kitchen.
