Teresa Smyser lives in Northern Alabama with her minister husband and their deaf cat, Spock. They have two married children, two grandsons and two granddaughters. She graduated from Eastern Kentucky University and now works part-time as an accountant and divides the rest of her time between family, friends, church activities and writing.
