I once walked through a bookstore and surfed the web for hours to find a journal that would help keep myself accountable within my own recovery. I found great recovery journals and self-care activity books, but none that encompassed everything I felt I Taken to continue on my path of recovery. So, I came up with the idea to create my own recovery journal and share it with others in hope that many can benefit from this book as much as I have.
