Brady grew up in a small farm town in central Utah, watching Sesame Street and reading Richard Scarry books. Always a doodler, arts and crafts were an obvious favorite subject in school. He graduated from Southern Utah University with a Bachelor's in Communication and Art. Most of his adult life was spent in Salt Lake City working as a graphic designer and illustrator, primarily in the hobby and craft industry. Brady started Fat Tabby Studio in 2012 as a way to market and license his artwork. From gift wrap to fabric to greeting cards, he has been able create fun designs inspired by nature, humor and everyday life. He now lives in Portland, OR with his husband and gray tabby cat. When Brady's not sitting at the computer, he enjoys nature, hiking with his son, afternoon coffee trips and exploring the Portland food scene with his husband.
