Jessica Linetty is passionate about the culinary arts. She is of Italian origin, and her first steps in the restaurant business were taken in Italy, where she managed different types of restaurants between Rome and Milan. She then returned to America to follow her passion for diets, wellness, health and losing weight. She began writing cookbooks and meal prep cookbooks. The diets she mainly treats in her books are the Mediterranean diet, the ketogenic diet and vegan recipes. The author with her diets has decided to make available her experience on healthy nutrition and diets based precisely on healthy and properly balanced foods. Knowing firsthand how difficult it is to feed a busy-family healthy meals on top of all the other stressors in life, Jessica Linetty decided to create something that would help others. Inspired by her own family and a desire to help people eliminate fatty and unhealthy foods from their diets, Jessica created the Mediterranean Diet Project, a book series for everyone. With the recipes in the book, people can have better food come to the table faster, and spend more time with their families and friends and less time in the kitchen. When she's not creating new recipes, Jessica loves spending time with her family, also known as her taste testers. She lives in Jacksonville with her husband, four children, and their two dogs
