Armed with firsthand knowledge of how hard it is to feed busy families healthy meals on top of all of life's other stressors, Taylor Carlisle set out to create something to help others. Inspired by her own family, and the desire to guide people in eliminating fatty, unhealthy foods from their diets, Taylor created the Plant Based Diet Project, a series of books suitable for all types of people. With the recipes in the book, people can have better food, on the table faster, and spend more time with their families and friends, and less time in the kitchen. When she isn't creating new recipes, Taylor loves spending time with her family, also known as her taste-testers. She lives in Milwaukee with her hubby, four kids, and their two dogs.
