Converted Truth is a wonderful book of poetry that tells its own story. Each poem in a step into a past reality of my life and a short walk that reveals pieces of my journey to the one true God. Throughout my life I have come to realize a lot of things, and nothing is as it seems. In sharing these poems I'm sharing my journey through this life! We don't always have the answers nor do we always understand the things that happens to us. We all have our own battles to face but in a way we are all connected to this invisible string, strung throughout the world. I was never able to truly explain things just by speaking; poetry was always this strange way of verbalizing words that allowed me to express everything I held on the inside that I couldn't really say, as well as understanding the thoughts and feelings of others.
