PhD in Economics, senior research associate at the Institute of International Relations of Kazan (Volga) Federal University. Since 2020, she is an Associate Professor at Ufa State Petroleum Technical University. In 2006, Almira Nagimova finished Ufa State Aviation Technical University (diploma with distinction). In 2016, she got her PhD in Economics from Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation (Moscow). Research interests of Almira Nagimova include international economics, investment, Private Equity and Venture Capital, mergers and acquisitions, economics of Gulf countries, Islamic finance. Her works have been published in the TOP-10 Russian economic academic journals according to Scopus.
