Darya Ahmadi was born in Tehran. After moving to Canada, she studied fashion design in Vancouver, British Columbia. She is also an accomplished artist and her other passions include travel and writing, both prose and poetry. In addition to writing, Darya also illustrates her stories which are influenced by the cultures and adventures she has experienced, both on land and at sea. Darya believes in living in the moment and in harmony with nature, a philosophy she hopes to convey through her writings
