Paul Wragg is Professor of Media Law at the University of Leeds. He specialises in media law, especially free speech theory as it relates to press freedom and free speech rights in the workplace. He has written extensively in this area and has been published in leading specialist and generalist journals in the UK and abroad. He is a member of the Impress code committee, where he advises the board on press regulation matters. He is also an Associate Academic Fellow of the Honourable Society of the Inner Temple as well as convenor of the Media and Communications Law section of the Society of Legal Scholars.
