Kshitij Bhargava is Assistant Professor of Electrical Engineering at the Institute of Infrastructure, Technology, Research and Management (IITRAM). Their research interests lie in Fabrication and Simulation of Organic/Inorganic Semiconductor based Nanoelectronics Devices such as Thin Film Transistors, Solar Cells, Light-Emitting Devices and Photodetectors, VLSI Design.
