Author of the successful books: "Un Doctor Por Favor" and "Hispanic Role Models in Science," Dr. Mina-Osorio is an immigrant physician specializing in Immunology. As a proud Latina, she mentors Hispanic/Latinx students interested in careers in science and medicine. She is also the founder of Science Education Online. This organization creates educational content for English as a second language (ESL) students.
