DR. VICKI GILLIAM is a retired Director of Special Education with more than 40 years in public education. She holds a B.A., M.S.Ed., and Ed.D. from Baylor University in Waco, Texas. She served several Central Texas Churches bi-vocationally in the areas of music, youth, senior adult, and children's ministries. Vicki was the primary caregiver for her mother for several years until her death at age 93.
