After completing an acting program at the American Conservatory Theatre in San Francisco, Amy studied acting in Los Angeles at the famed Playhouse House West, an ongoing conservatory program started by Robert Carnegie and Jeff Goldblum. Within a couple years, she booked a small role in an independent movie and several national television commercials.
Between auditioning and dating, Amy balanced the ups and downs of Hollywood with her Kundalini Yoga Practice. Becoming a certified instructor, Amy studied with some of the worlds' most renowned Kundalini yoga teachers, including Vanity Fair's Queen of Kundalini Gurmukh Khalsa and Grammy award-winning percussionist Harijiwan.
Amy traveled to India and taught her own workshops in various cities before moving to Scottsdale, where she currently resides with her son and cherishes her best role yet: Mom.
