Since first hearing about this folktale from his grandmother in his native Ghana, Kofi has not only been rescued many times by kindhearted Hunters along the way; Kofi still continues to meet these Hunters. It is to these amazing women and men he dedicates this book. Kofi lives in Westchester, New York, where he works as a librarian.
