Everyone Wants to Kill Milton is James C. McCrae's second novel. As a court reporter and former attorney general of a Canadian province, he's long been immersed in the justice system and has insider knowledge of its ins and outs. Now retired, he navigates the judicial process and psychology of people through his writing. McCrae's previous book, Dancing Winds, is a love story set during World War II. He lives in Brandon, Manitoba, Canada, with his wife Darlene. They have five adult daughters and sons-in-law and 12 grandchildren.
