Teresa Bisaillon is a technical trainer and course author for American Research Group, one of the largest technical training companies in the United States. Teresa has developed successful courses and materials on Windows NT, satellite networking, and TCP/IP and NT Security. Teresa is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer. She was previously a software engineer at Hughes Network Systems, Xerox, and Northern Telecom. She has a Masters degree in computer science from The Johns Hopkins University. Brad Werner is a software engineer and principal of Werner Training and Consulting, Inc. Brad teaches classes across the United States in the areas of TCP/IP, ATM, and network management. He has over 15 years experience in the networking arena, including employment or contracts with Northern Telecom, Hughes Network Systems, Westinghouse, EF Data, Kodak, and Xerox.
