Jeffrey Janakus lives in Nevada. As a structural engineer by education, he worked for several years on the design of sports stadiums and arenas, then became an owners representative on large casino projects, and now owns his own general contracting business. He enjoys sports activities, music, adventure stories, movies, and traveling. He and his family love all aspects of Halloween from trick-or-treating to costume parties to haunted houses to eating candy! As such, they consider themselves foremost experts on the fun-filled holiday. While Jeff has written several technical papers in the past, this is his first novel.
