Megan Yim has been teaching piano for over 10 years, and has a diverse academic background in English, French, and Marketing from the University of Toronto and Schulich School of Business in Toronto, Canada. She holds diplomas from the Royal Conservatory of Music in Piano Performance and Piano Pedagogy. Vignettes of a Pianist is Megan's first book, which has been a dream for her to combine her passions for music and literature in one composition. Megan started playing piano at age 4. She has not stopped playing ever since. When not playing piano, Megan enjoys reading feminist historical fiction, crafting, and planning her next travel itinerary.
