Brittany Evans is a wife, mother of three, and a teacher. She was born in Peoria, Illinois and now lives in South Carolina. She didn't start writing until she became a teacher. When she started to teach her students about poetry, it became one of her favorite things to teach. She would help guide her students with their writing by writing her own and overtime this developed into a love for writing poetry. This is Me is her first poetry book compiled of different poems that were inspired by her life and the people around her.
