Lani is the founder of A-Z Mindfulness, Author of A-Z Mindful Me and Mindful Students, Motivational Speaker and Wellbeing Coach. While growing up, Lani was inspired by movement and holistic health and experienced several healing modalities. In 2004, she began her journey empowering others to feel better and elevate themselves through leading yoga, energy work, coaching and speaking engagements, Her transformative, interactive, proprietary program, courses, classes, workshops and books inspire students of all ages with easy-to-follow mind, body and breathing strategies which pave the way for greater presence, peace, connection and clarity while enhancing the ability to self-regulate and practice present moment awareness. Lani is honored and grateful that thousands of students have experienced and gained value from her teachings. Lani's books introduce her favorite 26 mindfulness and stress reduction practices in a playful, engaging, interactive and educational style so kids and grownups connect more deeply with themselves and each other. Lani's mission is to educate and empower kids to become more resilient, calm, clear and responsive to challenges instead of being overly reactive.
