Stephen and Mary Weller were born in Texas and decided it was a good place to live. Mary prefers the summer heat. Stephen prefers the winter cold. One of them compromised. Mary helped edit those books, hoping Stephen would stop writing one day. That clearly didn't happen, so Mary partnered with her husband on the next novel.
