William J. Carl III, President of Pittsburgh Theological Seminary, was for twenty-two years Senior Pastor of First Presbyterian Church in Dallas, Texas, and formerly taught Homiletics, Worship, and New Testament Greek at Union Theological Seminary in Virginia.
