Ann Thomson is a writer of weird and speculative fantasy and science fiction, as well as poetry and nonfiction. She has been a writer most likely for all of her life. Her earliest stories, written around age 8, were about her dog and told from the dog's perspective. She hasn't stopped writing since. Ann insists that fountain pens are preferable to regular pens. You can pry the Oxford comma from her cold, dead, and pen-holding-cramped hands. She has completed her Master's of Science degree in Anthropology with a Certificate of Medical Anthropology as of Fall 2019. She has worked as an assistant instructor and an editor of visual essays during her tenure as an intern with Idaho State University. Ann is a mother, researcher, and eternal student. She lives with her husband, human children, and fur children in the Rocky Mountains.
