Matt Rhodes was born and raised in Calgary, Alberta, Canada, where more than half the year is considered winter. This allowed for plenty of time to draw. He attended art school, and then joined a video game company as a concept artist. Matt spend years drawing his way through sci-fi and fantasy franchises, rising from concept art intern to franchise art director. Now living in Texas, he's starting to tell his own stories, using the visual storytelling skills he's developed over the years.
