Patricia Jenks' home is in Wisconsin. She loves to write children's books. She loves children and says she can almost see the smiles brought to them when they read her books, inspiring her "playful dreaming" in her writings. Another source of inspiration for her children's books are her two grandchildren, David and Katie. She is a published author of poetry for the local Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, newspaper and was cited by NASA for her memorable poem titled, "Seven Sent To Heaven" that she dedicated to the memory of the STS-107 Crew January 16 - February 1, 2003 Apollo Team who tragically perished during their space mission. Patty's stories and poems have brought joy to her friends and family. They provide a way for each of us to connect to our own inner child. Her greatest vision is to instill her "forever memories" in the hearts of children and young at heart.
