For almost 50 years, Caroll Spinney was the puppeteer who brought both Big Bird and Oscar the Grouch to life on Sesame Street. He is also a fine artist who has sketched and painted images of Sesame Street characters for decades. His work is represented by a gallery in Connecticut.
