Susan Markowitz is the author of My Stolen Son: The Nick Markowitz Story, which details the events surrounding her son’s disappearance and murder, and her desire to see his killer brought to justice. Her story was adapted as the 2006 film Alpha Dog. She resides in California with her husband.
