Kimberley L. Chandler, Ph.D., is the Director of Curriculum and Gifted Education for Essex County Public Schools in Tappahannock, VA. Previously, she was the Curriculum Director at the Center for Gifted Education at William & Mary, where she wrote and edited numerous curriculum units for use with gifted students. She has provided professional development for teachers and administrators nationally and internationally.
