Gayatri Patnaik has worked at ABC News and currently works at Routledge as an Associate Editor. Her Master's degree is in Cultural Anthropology from the New School of Social Research in New York City. Ms. Patnaik has also taught English language skills to teenagers at Upward Bound in Western Maryland. Her first book, Like Cats and Dogs: Revealing Your Feline or Canine Self, was a selection on the Book of the Month Club. Ms. Patnaik makes her home in New York City.
