Mike Dougherty is a skilled attorney with past cases in civil rights, discrimination, and labor. He started hawking food and beverages in the local sports arenas and stadiums of Minneapolis/St. Paul on his first day of law school. He's been doing it ever since. Mike takes an active role in the union that represents stadium workers. Mike and his wife Ann have lived in the South Como area of St. Paul for 34 years; they've raised two daughters and many, many pets there. Como Flats is his first published work of fiction.
