From Then He Worked As Collaborator In Development Of Seed Village Concept Of University Of Agricultural Sciences Dharwad For Nearly Two Years. Then He Worked As Research Associate For Another Two Years In AICRP On Soybean Breeding. Then He Has Joined Asassistant Professor Ofgenetics And Plant Breeding In The Year 2007. Presently He Is Working At College Of Horticulture Kolar. His Specialization On Genetics Of Tobacco, Ground Nut Soybean, He Has Also Conducted Various National Research Trials On Cluster Bean, Tomato, Linseed, Sunflower, Cowpea And Chilli. He Is Giving Free Consultancy Service On Seed Production, Varietal Identification, Planthybridisation, Hybrid Seed Production. He Has Handled DBT Funded Project On Development Of Knowledge Based Farmers On Groundnut Quality Seed Production. He Is Author For More Than 75 Publications Published By Various Journals And Publishers At Both National And International Level, Including Four Books Viz Breeding Of Vegetable Crops, Principles Of Genetics, Principles Of Plant Breeding, Breeding Of Fruit Crops.He Is Also Member For Various Scientific Societies. He Completed His Bachelor Of Agriculture (1975), Master Of Agriculture (1977), Ph.D.Horticulture (1981) Degree Fromuniversity Ofagricultural Sciences, Bangalore And FRHS At T heunitedkingdom. Starting His Career As An Instructor, In The Department Of Horticulture, University Of Agricultural Sciences, Bangalore In 1980, Later Joined The Horticulture Department, Bangalore And Worked In Different Capacities Including As Administrator, Decision Maker And Rose To The Position Of Director Of Horticulture, Government Of Karnataka Bangalore In 2013. In A Long Span Of 34 Years, He Served As Teacher, Researcher And A Development Consultant In Horticulture.He Has To His Credit Over 10 Research Papers Published In Reputed Journals, 7 Extension Articles And 9 Books And Bulletins.He Has Completed 15 Research Projects Funded Fromdifferent Agencies Including International And National Collaborative Projects.
