Jessica Herrin is the CEO and founder of the jewellery company Stella & Dot, which she founded with a vision to create a new kind of company to help women solve the modern dilemma of achieving success and balance through a career you love. Herrin was the winner of the 2011 Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award, and included on Inc.'s list of Top Ten Female Entrepreneurs in 2010, and Top Ten Female CEOs and 40 Under 40 in 2012.
