Mae Dixon was a lifelong resident of Pensacola, FL until relocating to the Tampa Bay area recently. She is a best selling author and has published three books, The Secret Code of Girls - the ins and outs of being a female, Restored By Grace - A Journey Like No Other, and the The Secret Code of Girls - Empowering Girls to Mature into Confident Women (revised). Mae founded the non-profit organization, A Will & Way, Inc. In 2002 to help empower women and their children and other survivors of domestic violence which include poverty and homelessness. She has encountered and assisted women from every walk of life because domestic violence does not discriminate. She has been a business owner for more than 45 years.
