Valerie Fox received her M.A. in poetry in 1986 from Temple University, and her Ph.D. (English) from Binghamton University in 1990. Her most recent book of poems is Bundles of Letters, Including A, V and Epsilon, a compilation written with Arlene Ang and published by Texture Press. The Rorschach Factory was published in 2005 by Straw Gate Press. Amnesia, or, Ideas for Movies, was published by Texture Press in 1993. Her poems have appeared in numerous journals, including The World, Hanging Loose, West Branch, Phoebe, Printed Matter, No Roses Review, Poems Niederngasse, 5 Trope, Feminist Studies, and The Painted Bride Quarterly. She was one of the founding editors of 6ix magazine, a Philadelphia-based literary magazine. Currently she is a Visiting Professor in the Department of English and Philosophy at Drexel University, in Philadelphia, PA. She currently edits the magazine Press 1, www.leafscape.org/press1, which features poetry, fiction, opinion, and photography.
