Aaron J Liddell born in Chicago, Illinois now residing in Memphis, Tennessee has always been a visual artist. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree with a concentration in graphic design from Jackson State University May 2011 in Jackson, MS. Upon, being there he was part of the organization Maddrama Performance Troupe being a stage actor for a short period of time but, eventually he became a set designer producing designs for plays such as Zooman and The Sign, The Colored Museum and various other plays. While, still attending Jackson State University in 2011 he was interning at PIP Printing and Special FX Signs producing advertisements, illustrations, screenprinting for various clients such as RiverOaks Restaurant, Memfish and other various clients.He has always been a strong advocate for creativity and visual arts. In 2013, he joined comic book creator Martheus Wade Comic Studio classes enhancing his skills as a character designer and storytelling. Later, had the opportunity to work on a couple of projects such as The Wake Up Tour Evolution and Martheus Wade and Janet Wade Shinobi: Ninja Princess Volume 4. In, 2016, he partnered up with Roshundra on her published magazine 2Unique Magazine featuring hip hop legend Yo-Yo being the lead graphic designer. Also, that latter part of the year became an art instructor with CEO of Heal The Hood Foundation of Memphis LaDell Beamon. Teaching art classes at the Hickory Ridge Mall. In 2019, he became the Art Director with writer LaDell Beamon of the ongoing children's book series Hood Fables: Hansello & Gertrude which is published on Amazon, Author Reputation Press and also is available digitally. Currently, Aaron is continuing to produce more Hood Fable stories and constantly strives to grow as an artist always willing to try new things and excel.
