Marie Riley is an educator and lawyer. She met Larry and Linda on the Big Island of Hawai'i, on a hike from Kipuka Nene down to a coastal campsite lit only by star-shine on the Pacific Ocean. Larry's enthusiasm for fences and their stories led her to pen these poems.
