Cindy L. Otis knew that she wanted to join the CIA at seven years old when her dad let her watch the first James Bond movie. After receiving her bachelor's degree in international politics and her master's degree in international relations from Boston University, her dream came true. She went on to serve as a military analyst, intelligence briefer to the White House, and Branch Manager. The recipient of the Army Civilian Service Medal and the CIA's Donald Cryer Award, she is a dedicated advocate for disability rights.
