Pastor James E. French, B.S.H.S., CEO and President, Only God Urban Ministries, has been in service to God since he surrendered his heart to Jesus on the floor of his prison cell in 1990. His devotion to the faith and capacity for leadership and organization led to his employment as chapel clerk for 10 years and to a position as Men's Pastor at Progressive Community Church (PCC), one of Stockton's most influential. James is also a Case Manager and Behavioral Health Specialist serving the greater Phoenix area. James is currently single and lives in Arizona with his daughter Havana (ProBowl).
