Bob Babbitt is the co-founder of Competitor Magazine, which is now The Competitor Group. He is the creator of the 13 year old Muddy Buddy Ride and Run Series which went to 16 cities around the U.S. in 2010, the founder and host of Competitor Radio which began back in 1990, the co-founder of the Challenged Athletes Foundation (CAF) which has raised over $32,000,000 to help buy adaptive equipment for disabled athletes, the author of Mark Allen's Total Triathlete, Workouts for Working People with Mark Allen and Julie Moss, You Don't have to be Thin to Win with Judy Molnar and the 25 and 30 Years of Ironman coffee table books. He was the tenth inductee into the Ironman Triathlon Hall of Fame and he lives with his wife Heidi in Carlsbad, California.
