Chris Kimball, SE, MCP, CBO is the founder of Kimball Engineering and the Utah Regional Manager at West Coast Code Consultants, Inc. He is an ICC Master Code Professional and holds certifications as a plans examiner, commercial inspector, residential inspector, residential plans examiner, and fire plans examiner/inspector. Chris conducts code seminars for ICC chapters and other building organizations around the country and has written for Structure Magazine.
