Dr. Ribner is a clinical psychologist with over 35 years of experience assisting children, adolescents and adults with behavioral, emotional and relationship difficulties. He dedicated the first 16 years of his career to treating individuals impacted by child sexual abuse. Since then, Dr. Ribner has focused on his passion and special interest in learning and child development, with the goal of helping others learn the skills needed to work at the levels at which they are truly capable. A portion of Dr. Ribner's practice is dedicated to evaluating and treating attention disorders in children, teens and adults. On a more personal level, Dr. Ribner has been married for 37 years to a woman who, as a Social Worker and Attorney, has dedicated much of her professional life to protecting children. He and his wife have two children, a daughter age 32, a Pediatric Physical Therapist working at All Children's Hospital in St. Petersburg, Florida, and a son, age 24, currently working on his Ph.D. in Developmental Psychology at N.Y.U. in New York.
