Gail Feichtinger first researched the Glensheen murders as a crime reporter for the Duluth News-Tribune and Duluth Herald. Feichtinger was born in Stamford, Connecticut, studied journalism at Southern Methodist University and received a B.A. from Carleton College, and worked as a journalist until 1995. Feichtinger is now an assistant attorney general for the Minnesota Attorney General's office. She lives in Minneapolis with her husband, Bob Geiger, and their daughters, Alexandra and Elena. Will to Murder is her first book.
