Qiang Li, Ph.D., is currently a research assistant professor with the Department of Electronic and Computer Engineering at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST). He received his B.S. degree in Microelectronics from Peking University, Beijing, China in 2009 and a Ph.D. in Electronic and Computer Engineering from HKUST in 2014. His research focuses on compound semiconductor materials and devices.
