Most recently he founded WJM Associates, a management consulting firm specializing in executive development. He is the author of numerous books and contributes articles and editorials regularly to The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, Fortune and the National Business Employment Weekly. His TV appearances have included Good Morning America, Today, ABC Nightly News, CNN's Pinnacle, and Jim Lehrer's Newshour.
