William S. Kaiser is president, co-founder, and a managing director of ZAP Futures, the oldest and largest online futures brokerage firm and a division of Refco. Kaiser started his career as a runner at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange in 1968. He and his firm have been featured in Futures, Bridge Trader, BusinessWeek, The Wall Street Journal, and the Chicago Tribune, and on CNBC.
