SHERI L. COLEMAN, BSN, RN is Director of Marketing and Health Promotion for the Northern Canola Growers Association, and is responsible for educating consumers on the benefits of canola oil in domestic and international markets. With a BS in Nursing, she has an extensive background in healthcare, preventative medicine, instruction, and program management. Sheri grew up on a farm and livestock operation in southwest North Dakota, so she knows firsthand the importance of connecting agriculture to health.
