Kathy grew up in a small town surrounded by a loving family; she learned that life wasn't always easy or fair but to always do the very best with what she had. Kathy graduated from St. Cloud State University with a BS in speech communications and has been in motion ever since. She's held a variety of roles throughout her career: a recruiter, a trainer, a career coach, a stay-at-home mom, and most recently, a realtor, so she knows a thing or two about the job search. In addition to navigating her own job search, Kathy has assisted hiring managers in reviewing rsums and making hiring decisions, led workshops on a variety of job-search topics, and coached hundreds of others in achieving their career goals. She's a self-driven person who's not afraid of change. She has always believed that everyone has something to offer and that the right job is thereyou just need to know how to find it.
