Curtis Wideman is a native Evanstonian and alumnus of Evanston Township High School. He attended Southern Illinois University where he earned a BA in communication with an emphasis in radio, television, and digital media, and an MSE in Kinesiology. Curtis is a member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Mu Kappa Lambda Chapter. This is Curtis's second children's book. His first book, Top Dog, was published in 2016.
