Joshua Quentin Hawk, Thomas Roy Bass, hails from Portsmouth, Virginia, has lived in Texas and California, now presently in San Diego, California. After many years of medical issues, due to kidney failure and transplant, and then failure again, he now has the time to write. He has worked in the Tech Industry in the past as a Network Engineer and has studied Geological, Environmental, and Oceanographic Sciences, as well as Psychology, Criminology, and Forensic Psychology. He has always wanted to be a writer, so he told himself, "I have the time." Hawk has wished to be a published author since he was in high school. This is Hawk's first published book.
